Poland???
So they are coming to train you and themselves how to "defend" you from Russia. This would be OK if Russia had any intentions to attack you or anyone else. Why would they? They have no need for any additional land or puppet states, like Poland and others, as America has. They are not moving in to encircle any country or continent, like America is doing under the pretense of "defense" and "democracy spreading".
What America and her puppets are doing by coming to Poland is to train and practice for an attack on Russia, when America decided they have to do it for whatever reasons, just as nazis have done years earlier. By the way where were England, France, America when hitler attacked you? Had they made a defense pact with Soviets (as they beg them to do) Poland or anyone else would haven never been attacked by hitler. There would be no WWII, period. So if they were wrong then why would they be right now, pocking around Russian borders and threatening them with "nothing is off the table" rubbish, as if Mother Russia were afraid of them.
Just think, when was America right? In all the aggression she did , she lost. Vietnam was the lesson they need again, for that was the worse loss and sooner or later they will get it again. Most likely right there in Europe. Problem is that Poland and all other puppets attacking Russia will get the same "treatment", and you or you people will not like it. Mind you most, if not all will not be able to feel the liking or disliking.
Remember Mother Russia is UNCONQUERABLE, even if ALL the nasty countries got together and try it. God* help those who implanted an insane idea in their sick minds, they can do it.
* if there were god, he/she/it would help Russia not your side, for your side is the belligerent one and on the wrong side of history. Don't lose your country and continent for the sake of Americanization. It is the wrong reason, period.

Britain will station USA nukes to attack Russia from there. You will stock American heavy weapons (maybe even nukes) to attack Russia from here. No wonder those Polish jokes were so "popular" and were telling the truth about you, even the one about Polish Pope.
Russia is not threat to anyone. In fact never was but has been demonized by America, ever since their glorious revolution to free themselves from exportation, America wants to impose on the whole world nowdays.
Here is the scenario Poland, along any other European NATO country will face, in case America orders you to attack Russia, under any pretense:
The moment you start moving on Russia or come close to Russian borders, you will be NUKED. Yes they will use tactical nuclear weapons IMMEDIATELY to stop you. At the same time they will nuke your entire country. Yes this is written up in their military doctrine, as to how they will deal with next aggressors. No more defense using their conventional forces, no more anyone crossing their borders, no more anyone coming close to Moscow or any other city or village. Simply put you will be committing mass suicide of your population and have your country turned into pile of nuclear waste.
Now what would your puppet-master America do? Will they "protect" you by attacking Russia with nukes? Maybe. But if they do that, they too will be doomed as Russia will be. That will mean end of the world. Would American population agree with such approach? Will they commit also mass suicide for defense of Poland? This even if America ordered you to attack Russia. So you see this what you are doing is just another "Polish" joke. It better be for the alternative ain't a joke.
