Ddear sur/madam, I am am Tefera Regasa from Madda Walabu University Ethiopia.Based on your kind poland gavernment sholarship opportunity provided for Madda Walabu University, I was applied from department of plant science for PhD study in Biotechnology at Warsaw university. My university wrote official letter for Haramaya university to send my official transcript to be sent to Minstry of Education. Unfortunately Haramaya university registrar couldn't find and send my MSc official transcript. At a moment I was left for short course at CDI Wageningen University. All other necessary documents are already submitted to your office. Now I have got my official transcript from Haramaya University. Can I sent to your Embacy address? Best regsrds.

I am a PhD student in University of South Africa. I am working my paper with Cloudy groups which are found in Ireland, Belfast and Warsaw, Copernicus Institute.
