I'm from Okinawa , I just want to know when is the release of our passport apllied last march 28, I need to go Philippines this August it took more than 4 months now

Hello i am helping my friend on how to get a new passport, for the purpose of getting married to a japanese national after the marriage then she will surrender to the immigration. She was an overstay for 15years and during this years she lost her passport in transferring places because of her status i know this is a difficult problems thats why
before coming there please may i know what to do any requirements or documents she need in acquiring new passport i will be going with them ..the filipina and her husband to be, sorry for the inconvenience and i am looking forward for your assistance ...thank you..
For filipina like me whos already got their annulment here in japan . In my case i got annuled eight years ago it took a hard time for me on court for the custody of my children. After all these tragedy i need to work hard to support my children. Finally i met met a good simple man who loves me and my children.we wants to get married and be a whole family. but the problem is . Im divorced here in japan but not in the philippines .financially .we are uncapable to pay on my legal separation in the philippines .
I have Pakistan passport my company is business used cars for this regd I need visa .plz. I want to know what kind of document I need for visa
