i just want to clarify i was confused about it my husband and i has plan to go to the philippines this coming July does he need a visa for that? For his short stay? Galing kasi ako ng Dubai ill stay here for just 90 days only. and gusto niyang e adopt yung anak ko anong mga kailangan para ma asikaso namin dito together habang nandito pa ako? Please i need your advise. Thanks in advance.

i was blacklisted in 2011 for overstaying in the philippiens..now i want to return to phil in the next few month to marry my gf and then live there..what i need to do to get off the blacklist..i do have the papers from manila immigration with the number of the blacklist and also the removal number ..also the amount of penalty i need to pay ..Awaiting your reply..thank you(salamat)
