The Philippine Embassy in Sweden is such a mess.I was once a local hired in this institution and was fired out without any due process.According to the OIC Mr. Gunther Sales,He was instructed by the Ambassador Zeneida Collinson.I was treated like more than animals. For the record I did not resign.Because of my outstanding performance my appointment was renewed twice.
I was very humiliated when the Consul Gunther Sales and Vice Consul Lilibeth Almonte harrased me to step out of the Embassy.
The recent action of Ambassador against me maybe taken as her official concern but more on her personal Vendetta for favor to get some personal favors from my husband Constructions Co.in Stockholm.
The embassy staffs in Stockhom has no choice. They are rude because the head of the organization are are bad they are very unhappy.

Not acceptable snobbish attitude
I've been in touch with the embassy several times. When I don't look my best, and when I speak the language, I am treated with less respect. Why is that so? I'm a journalist, worked for radio, tv and newspaper here in Sweden. Interviewed politicians, celebrities as well as normal people here and abroad. And yet often I feel like an imbecile when I deal with the embassy people. Manual laborers or not, we all deserve better treatment. We work hard here abroad, and the embassy is supposed to be there to assist us. So why the snobbish attitude? I've also heard this from other Filipinos. A handful of them. That attitude is NOT ACCEPTABLE considering that it is the Filipino citizens' taxes paying the salary of those working in the embassy. They are supposed to serve us and not treat us like incapable beings. Give us the good service we deserve!

attitude in consular office in manila
dear sir/madam,

i happened to apply a spousal visa in manila last year and my experience in front of the ladies in the consular office are very rude.i thought this is normal among the embassy but i found out from my friends who are applying in united states were very proffesional. so i guess that it is only them who are rude.
when they treat applicants like this, like my case got so nervous and as if i am helpless in front of them, shouting at me and got insult when you ask to repeat the questions. this is not good as my intentions in applying is noble as i am married with a swedish man. but anyway, it turns out that my application was turned down. so my husband decided to stay here in the Philippines because he dont want to stay in sweden if i am not with him. we are just lucky because i have my own business here so we were able to sustain a decent life even my husband has no income.
so im calling the embassy, let your STAFF BE PROFFESIONAL IN DEALING APPLICANTS. they have to limit their arrogance in front of people. But hoping as of now that those ladies in manila has been replaced already.because it is not only me complaining but all of the people ahead and nextto my line were also complaining.
