OEC
I log on to get OEC on-line, only to note that it is only Philippine banks will be acceptable for payment. I am now residing here in singapore and wanted to have a break with my family in Philippine. My query is; is there a way how to pay using my Bank here in Singapore like OCBC?

Hoping for your immediate response. Thank you.
