i want to go back home
hi im ritzy im here in xian china,my visa will expire on july 12 and i want to go back home in phil. i dont have a problem on my employer but my agent dont want me to go back home and she want to get my passport to my employer.but then my employer have a 3,000 rmb deposit to my agent.so if my employer will not give my passport to the agent my agent will keep the 3,000 rmb of my employer so my employer have no choice he will give my passport to my agent and the agent keep my passport so that i cant go back in the phil. because she told me that i will finish my two years contract that i sign to her,but i told her that the contract whivh i sign is invalid so let me go home bec. i also pay my 6months salary deduction.but she still dont want.she said that if you want to go home pay me 8,000rmb ao please help me what will i do.thaks
