I need an authentication for my daughters birth certificate. She was born in Chico, Oroville, Butte County. Is this place under your jurisdiction? Can I just mail the document to have it authenticated?is there any other supporting document to submit? Kindly advice for proper procedure. Appreciate your assistance and prompt reply.

Please find and return documents for authentication
By mistake I mailed power of attorney documents for authentication of notary signature. I was supposed to show them in person. I have not heard from your office. Are they in your office? Thank you for responding.

nigerian scammers trying to get visas into the philppines
Nigerian scammers using you to get visas. I have recently been scammed by not one but now two nigerian men who have stolen the identities of at least two american soldiers. The last person is listed in your site thru the nigerian site with their request for a visa into the Philippines. I am outraged not just for myself and what these men have done to me and no doubt.other women but also that these dispicable men are also using fraudulant claims to God only knows how many countries to get visa to ruin more lives. And I have no doubts that this is their intention. I urge youe embassy to please keep this in mind when you grant someone visas especially from nigeria. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Sincerely Kim

Good Morning!
May I just ask if a Filipino citizen holding a green card be allowed to travel even if passport is less than 6 months? They have booked their flight in November 9 2013 and will be back in 3weeks time. Passport is still valid until Feb 2014. Your immediate response would be highly appreciated :)
