Incompetent employees
An older male rep I spoken to seemed not competent with my inquiries about authentication. He kept telling me to “go to the website or email them” no matter what I asked, he answered “ go to the website or email them.” I told him I went there in person hoping they can help me on inquiries I looked up on the website but were not answered.
He was not very helpful. He could have just been honest and tell me he does not know the answer rather than redirecting me to the website which was unprofessional. He even ignored me when another client showed up with a previous transaction with him without even ending our conversation which was rude. I was very frustrated when I left.
The Phil. Consulate should hire competent with good customer service skills employees.

Migration to Philippines
My wife is citizen of the Philippines, we were married legally in Manilla where I visited her. I would like to migrate there to Bukidnon, where her and I are purchasing property bier her family. I would like to complete the forms necessary for permanent residence in Bukidnon with my wife. I would like to do that on line, may I apply online? I have a valid passport and a clean record. May I do this here online?
