Gud day to you! I have a brother working as a caregiver for a royal family in Riyadh. The problem is he works for 18 to 20hrs instead of 8hrs. Doesnt have dayoff and no overtime pay. What shall he do? He signed a contract here in Philippines stating that he will work for 8hrs only with day off. He is having problem with his health coz he sleeps for 4hrs only. The royal family said he can take a nap while waiting for the prince but then its difficult for him to take a nap. Nahihilo na siya sa pagkakulang sa tulog. He wakes up at 12nn starts to work at 1pm till 8am the following day. What shall we do? Balita namin mahirap magreklamo sa royal family? Pls help. Thanks.

This is regarding with the case of my brother
Good Afternoon Sir/maam...i would like to ask for a help from your office regarding with the case of my brother, Rogelio T. Caminero Jr...
On August 15, 2011, at around 7:00 in the morning, I received a phone call from my Aunt whose son was also an OFW in Riyadh. She informed me that my afore-named brother was arrested and imprisoned in Riyadh last August 9, 2011 (Tuesday) in the evening. All of his personal belongings were confiscated by the Police and thereafter, he was sent to the Police Station. His co-workers followed to the Police Station and when they saw him, his hair and eyebrows were shaved off.
My Aunt also informed me that my brother’s employer told the Police to deport him since he rendered service for only more than one year. According to my Aunt, he will be imprisoned for only one week but until now, we haven’t received or heard any information that they have released my brother and we still have doubts and fears if until when they will hold my brother in custody and when will they release him.
With this, we pray and beseech your immediate intervention on this matter and to do all necessary acts that may give speedy resolution on this case. I know that your office is one of the appropriate instrumentalities that can extend help to employees abroad most especially in the case of my brother.
We are fervently hoping for your most immediate positive response on this matter.
