Re- Illegal detention of a Filipino Citizen, Employee No:131601

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am seeking your help with respect to the above named who is effectively being detained against her will in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
My sister originally signed a contract 4 years ago with the Annasban Group to work for two years as a domestic helper but on her arrival her passport was confiscated and she was denied access until her two year term expired.
In reality the job turned out to be looking after teenagers with mental disabilities for which she had no prior training.
The salary agreed in the contract signed in Manila was less than what she was actually paid in Rhyadh and this omission has never been rectified.
After the two year expiry period upon her request, her employer after much delay finally released her passport and asked her if she would continue on working on an Ad Hoc basis until they could up staff, to which my sister agreed. In this regard she negotiated alternative work and was given a job as a cleaner working 8-10 hours per day 6 days per week.
In the last 2 years my sister has requested on many occasions to terminate her employment but the company has consistently denied her requests and made various excuses refusing to sign off her employment termination form of which she was advised she cannot leave the country without employer signature?
You may well ask the question, why did shy not contact the Philippines Consul in Riyadh, the answer is that she and other Filipina are threatened that if they cause trouble they will end up in prison, in short they live in an atmosphere of induced fear.

In addition to the above my sister has even been denied a room in which to sleep (8 to a room at best) and was forced to sleep along with others for two weeks in common building corridor.
Currently after 4 years of working under the afore described conditions including the deprivation of personal movement outside of her work place (she can only go outside at the agencies convenience) if escorted by a minder for short periods, she is now suffering depression and I suspect may also be on the verge of a nervous breakdown.
I would ask for your earliest attention to action for helping my sister to leave the country immediately including ensuring she is fully remunerated up to date.
I also urge you to investigate the activities and review the working contracts of theAnnasban Group along with other such agencies to stop this rampant exploitation and inhumane treatment of Filipinas working overseas.
Would you kindly note that in pursuit of her employer,you will discover they consistently rotate and use new contact telephone numbers so that complainants have great difficulty in contacting them so the numbers listed below may be idle or active. This ploy applies to the employees also as a means to deny them immediate access to theiremployer’s superiors.
I am currently on holiday visiting relatives so I would appreciate your early contact before I go home to Australia

he is working under agency arcane contracting co... unfortunately he was ill with bell's palsy that suffered him.. at first he was given medication(pain reliever) but was not cured... he asked to go home... he was promised to be given ticket last march 27... when he followed it up, he was asked to come back first week of april... he went there just today. But still no ticket for pinas.. he was promised again on the 17th.. As i said he is sick and was no longer working... we are pleading your mercy to help him get his ticket the soonest so that he can be given medication here in the philippines even in herbal way only...
