Contract of Employment
I would like to know if a working permit can substitute a contract of employment. A friend of mine have been asking for a copy of her husband's contract but the company cannot give her one. She needs this to claim for an allotment because the husband do not send her any. Instead only a working permit issued by the embassy was given to her. Is this the practice there? I am pretty sure that before a person commenced working, a contract is issued. She have been emailing the company but it fell on deaf ear. How then can she get a copy? Please contact me at pwhimpy2012@rocketmail.com. Thank you very much.
