I just want you to know that an NBI officer questioned my address because it doesn't say Ottawa or Toronto on it, and since i have my fingerprints verified with red ribbon from your office, he insisted on putting Ottawa on my address i'm in Newfoundland, Am i the only person having this problem? I just want to ask if they having a consular service here in New brunswick.? I'm having a green passport holder, and I have to apply my working permit next month, but my expiration date of my passport on Jan. 2012.
