Hi. I am a filipina. I am married to an indian (court marriage). I arrived here in india on January 22, 2013 on visa on arrival (valid for 1 month). Because of so many troubles and instructions that the FRRO of india giving to us, we failed to register our marriage and beyond that we also didnt fix my visa. I now have my xpired visa for almost six months. The thing is i have an emergency in home that i really need to go back there as soon as possible. Im thinking to go to FRRO but om afraid they will give me lots of trouble so i just decided to ask philippine embassy first, as im xpecting quick help because im a filipino.
