I have currently been in a situation where my friend has been turned down twice by a immigration officer in manila airport for coming to Oman to visit me, her friend. They keep on telling her that her documents are wrong. Please assist me with the correct guidelines on what documents she needs..

US Embassy Phils.requires PDOS certification prior departure to USA. Kindly assist us and inform what are the necessary documents to submit before coming to your office.

I have tried to call for so many times every day from 8:00 am to 11:00am to the local no. of the embassy but it only ring's - no answer...how can we ask for an information what to bring, what are the required documents and ect... before going to the embassy!
I have tried to send email regarding my request for passport renewal to "pe.muscat@dfa.gov.ph" but message failed to deliver. Is there any new email add for our DFA Muscat??
