i would like to urges your good office to provide a scheme for those Filipino tourists who are goin to macau for whatever purposes to help them kung sakaling ma-"OFFLOAD" man sila sa pilipinas, na maibalik man lang yung binayad nila sa plane ticket nila.kawawa naman po yung ating mga kababayan na hindi pinapayagan makasakay sa eroplano papunta sa macau or kahit saan pa man bansa.the phil.gov't must have a concrete plans and clear visions on how to help Filipino tourists to get their money back if ever they will be rejected or offloaded in the philippine airport as their port of origins...at PLs. anu po ba ang valid cause or criteria para e-offload ang isang tourist? sa itsura ba ng tao? mayaman o mahirap ba? may trabaho o wala ba?...pls reply ASAP. thanks!
