NotesBeware of emailed job offers for childcare and other similar positions in the UK. These are all frauds.

• Since November 2008, no visas are granted for household workers from outside Europe. Work visas are only granted for highly-skilled positions, most of which require university degrees.

• No legitimate employment agency in the UK requires you to pay them any money. All fees would be paid by the employer.

• No legitimate employment agency in the UK uses a free email address from Yahoo, Gmail, or similar services.

• No legitimate employment agency in the UK uses a telephone number that begins with +4470 (070). These are non-geographic numbers available to anyone in the world.

• No legitimate business requests payment via Western Union.

fake DAVID BRENNAN
MR DAVID BRENNAN SHOULD KNOW THIS!!! SOMEBODY USED HIS NAME AND CONVINCED ME TO SEND A RECEIPT EITHER FROM MONEYGRAM OR WESTERN UNION!!!!

Sequel to our telephonic conversation, The UK Border Agency have
instructed that you're complete the UK Entry Requirements by sending
the Receipt of Money Gram Deposit of 800GBP which you're to accomplish
following the below instruction;

Sender: Anyone close to you( Your Brother or Sister or Mother or Father)

Receiver: YOU As the Primary Applicant)

Payout Location: United Kingdom

Endeavor to send this receipt to them within 10AM- 11AM Philippines
time tomorrow. Note that, this is a show money process which is why
you MUST be the Receiver of the deposit to enable them to perform
their Verification while instruction will be giving to cancel the
deposit once they are done with the Verification. Ensure to forward a
copy of the receipt to me for reference and evaluation. My wife sent
her regards to you

We look forward welcoming you soon.

Cheers
David Brennan

Validity of Thomas Cook Travel Agents
I am offered by Mr. Wilton Moore a nanny job of his 2 kids and I was endorsed to the above travel agency. I was asked by employer a counterpart of 200 pounds for the processing of VISA, working permit and ID number which I also agreed with him.The reason he want me to have counterpart is, he was tricked by the first 2 foreigners he spent for to be his kids' nannies. He promised to pay me back upon arrival in London. I am about to pay now but with the above comments, I got second thought. I want to ask the validity of Thomas Travel Agents 334-348 Oxford Street W1C 1 JG UK with an e-mail address : toursandtraveluk@live.co.uk
Kindly send reply to: cj_redeagle@yahoo.com

Thank you.

Gill Battery Limited (Ms. Heizel)
Same with Ms Heizel. Its nice to know that there's someone who have the same query like them. I was also contacted by the same company, Gill Battery Limited for the same position like Mavz and Heizel. I would like to know whether i'm heading to the right track. I went through the same process and they also told me that I will start working on March 21, 2011.
I will truly appreciate any help you could extend to us in verifying the said query. Thank you very much.

Sincerely,

Ace

Gill Battery Scam ( Wise Scam )
To Haizel:
At first you wouldn't notice that the employment is scam because as you have searched they had website as much research I did, and I also look for the company address @ uk whitepages directory and they included as the existing company but I dont see the same phone # as indicated in the e-mail they have sent to me. As an applicant as I was overwhelmed knowing I was suit to the position. The visa, flight and other charges will be carried out by the Gill Battery , but after you get approval from the UKBA site which they also imitate , they will require you to pay the clearance charges. I checked the company to UK Embassy located in our country then I found out the Employment are TEMPTED FRAUD on my behalf. GILL BATTERY DOES NOT REALLY EXIST in UK REGISTERED COMPANY.... you can check if UK employment are certified at www.companieshouse.gov.uk
