I received also a great proposal from mr. morris hank of Hertfordshire, sg4 7nn. i googled this name and its not listed on the voter's list on that area. it's good that i read your comment in here. i really have doubt in the first place because his offer is too good to be true.

4. Maintain an awareness of all sales opportunities within the hotel to maximize room sales and revenue for the hotel. Maximization of sales and revenue for the hotel by maintaining a sales and service oriented attitude at all times. Promote in house revenue outlets on a consistent basis when receiving guest enquiries.
5. Ensure the complete knowledge of all property management systems to be used in the Communications department to provide better and faster service to our guest and therefore ensure an increase in guest satisfaction ratings. Effect the fast and efficient monitoring and follow up of guest requests by consistently logging all incoming request in the Software System and ensuring that the Communications Runners have all the necessary information to serve the guest in a professional and cost effective manner.
