I would like to ask if i can get philippine passport for my baby. Im a filipina my husband is chinese. We are married here in hk. My baby was born in hk. Have hk passport. I would like to ask if she can get philippine passport so he can stay in philippine more than 2weeks.

about statutory holiday
Sir/madam..finished contract ako last sept 16 2014..nagrenew ako ng contract sa amo..uuwi ako ngayon December hiningi ko sa kanya ang 18 days na bakasyon kasama na ang statutory holiday ko pero hindi siya pumayag kasi mahaba daw ang bakasyon ko di daw niya kaya walang maglinis sa bahay niya 14 days lang ang eh allow niya sa akin..tapos tinanong ko siya about my statutory holiday una sabi niya babayaran daw niya tapos kahpon sabi hindi daw siya magbabayad pwede ba yon?yan lang po ang tanong ko thanks....

Good pm ma'am or sir, magtatanong lang po,Coz my contract end this September 12,2014, and my passport expired next year August 10,2010, uuwi ako sa pinas by first week of February, but then my employers renew my contract just for 5 months only coz they said cannot stamp visa if I don't renew my passport first, are they right?
