what can I do to protect myself from arab factory owners who invite fashion designers to guangzhou for two months to get ideas in the latest trends in saudi arabia and in the end they don't want to pay the agreed amount. can I go to the police?

gud day. hingi lang po ako advice, gusto ko na po umuwi ng pinas to get new p.port..
O.S na po ako dito sa china for 3months this month and yung p.port ko po will expire this month also. Wla po ako pera to pay the penalty or charges as being O.S...ano po ba dapat ko gawin, i really want to go back home Phils to get new p.port.
