I would like to know the process how to get an authenticated(red ribbon) Special Power Atty.? I have ask the Atty. General Office to have them sealed but the seller wants with a ribbon from your office. My worry is to get in touch with you since Phil. Consulate here in saipan is no longer available. We are from Ukraine, Ukraine received a visa to visit the Philippines for 59 days - we arrived in the Philippines on January 5, and flew from the Philippines to Palau 11 January - we are now in Koro
Ukraine skzala us that we would get a visa for a second in Koror Philippines - but here predstvaitelstvo Philippines were closed last year - we have a flight on January 15 in the Philippines and then to Palawan - need a visa, and only 20 of tickets Manila Singapore

hello sir,,,in 5 months mag-eexpire na po ang passport ko paano po ba ang proseso ng pagrerenew ng passport kung andito po ako sa koror palau...please bigyan nu po ako ng exact details ng pagrerenew....and ano po ang mga requirements ng pagrerenew outside the island...thank you po..
