To get an authenticated Birth Certificate in Philippines
Dear Sir/Mada'am: I am currently working here in Saipan living with my fiance and two kids. Because of my desire to get married i've been trying to ask somebody to help me get my authenticated birth certificate but until now they still could not find a way to get it. And some one told me to try to ask for help from Phil. Consulate. I hope you can help me with regards to this matter, I am doing this for my family.Thank you. Please email me at charles_layugan@yahoo.com
