Passport Claim policy
Hi sir, my wife applied for renewal of her Philippine Passport 3 months ago. She initially wanted to use my last name but she changed her mind and wanted to use her maiden name instead. What do we need to do? The consular called us to inform the passport is ready for pick up. Is there a way to get it cancelled? Please send your response to blanketcomfy@gmail.com . Thank you

To the Phil Consulate in Guam:
We would like to know as to when would you be going to Saipan so that working people in saipan whose passports are expiring this year can be renewed. I have read similar problems like mine in this website and I hope you can find out immediate solution so that we the Filipinos here can renew and travel back to the Philippines to visit our families.

volunteers
people, from phil. consulate are very helpful, friendly but one thing, the volunteer are rude, I think they need to be train properly b4 they volunteer, they don't know what their doing, they need to act professional, they should know how to response in diff. kind of situations, they don't have the right to invade peoples life or privacy. they should not ask or quest. peoples life, how, what and why? their kind a disrespectful, I'm just a concern citizen, and this is only my opinion and experience, during the visit. when you volunteer, you don't tell to people that you don't get pay! of course you volunteer, don't complain that you don't get pay because first of all you volunteer, & we know that no money involve be real don't pretend. just to show that your helping. but I still appreciate the help..
