i RENEWED it last April 11, 2011 until now its June 9,

I need urgent help about my Birth-Certificate. I need it for my Personal-Files.I had before but my Personal-Files was lost through transport causes upon moving to my new apartment.

I was able to renew my passport in Berlin that was March 2009. Upon renewal i only recieved my new pass and when my friend renew her passport she recieve it together with laminated ID. So can i request my ID also? Is there any requirents to have that. Pls i need to know it soon. Hope u can help me. Thanks and more power.

Meine Frau hat meine beiden Kinder Kevin und Rodema nach ihren letzten Urlaub mit mir nicht mehr zurück gebracht.
Jetzt möchte Sie von mir das ich unseren gemeinsamen Sohn Kevin wieder nach Deutschland zurück hole ,das ich natürlich gerne tun möchte.Die gemeinsame Tochter Rodema möchte Sie auf den Philippinen belassen.
Mein Problem ist jetzt, will Sie mich in eine Falle locken,in dem Sie Anzeige gegen mich erwirkt hat und mich so auf den Philippinen in Knast stecken will,um mich leiden zu sehen.
Ich habe ein wenig Angst davor obwohl ich mich schon einmal auf dem für ausländerangelegenheiten in Bacolod informiert hatte und die keine Probleme sahen,aber das ist auch schon gut 3 Wochen her.
Für mich ist Sache sehr dringent,da das Ticket für meinen Sohn Kevin schon am 26.08.2010 verfällt und ich bis dahin alles über die Bühne gezogen haben muss.
