Employment Transferree
For an instance, an individual go to Qatar holding a tourist visa for a duration of 1month only, and the tourist visa expired for two days but before it happens, the subject was been hired to working visa and obliged to pay for the fine of 2days overdue. Had been working for about of 3months then unfortunately, the subject wants to transfer for an employment which can give a better compensation, now the scenario is this: The HR advised that, if the subject will resigned to the present job, the subject will;

[pay all the expenses that the employer paid for], [NOC will not be released], [banned in Qatar for 2years]

What are the facts and the violations between the subject and the employer?
