Comments on this Consulate-General
Good morning Ma'am,
I tried calling you, but a recording came on stating that I must have dialed a wrong number. And I dialed the same number written under Chicago Philippine Consulate three times. So, I'm posting this comment just in case you'll be able to read it.
My purpose in contacting you, is to authenticate a Power of Attorney for my sister in the Philippines without my personal appearance in the Philippine Consulate in Chicago. I live in Louisiana. I want to know if it is feasible not appearing before you... maybe through fax or email.
Thanks for your time and consideration,
Yours Truly,
Avelina Cortez Eichler

I have a cousin residing in Uvalde Texas. Please advise which is the nearest consulate he can transact to authenticate a Special Power of Attorney. Would it be possible for him to mail the notarized SPA to the consulate and have it authenticated? Let me know your procedure so I can relay these to him. hope for your response. thank you
I have an old Passport from the Philippines and its been expired long time ago. I want to renew it and I want to know how and what are the step by step to do so.
