How can my client recieve her passport from your embassy, she has lost her passport and is living in Trinidad & Tobago, what is the necessary steps for getting a new passport for her.

at kung paano ko isend sa inyo kung pwede thru email or mail.... andito po ako sa aruba at next year ay mag expired na ang passport ko. tnx po....
