Good morning.
I'm a Filipino Egyptian, 17 years of age. My Filipino passport is expired & I'll be travelling to the Phils. in July. I would like to know the rquirements for issuing a visa or new passport:
- Which is better?
- How long does each one take to process? How much do they cost each?
- If issuing a passport, do I have to bring a guardian since I'm under 18? Is my elder half-brother (full Egyptian) OK to be my guardian if needed?
- I live away from Cairo but my brother is living in Cairo, can he recieve my visa/passport instead of me?
I hope someone answers.
Thanks :)
