Good afternoon Mr./Madam,
My name is Ciprian Flavius Stoica, I live in Romania, Timisoara, born on 11.10.1991 and I would like to know some information regarding a trip I would like to make from Romania to Philippines. First of all I would like to explain, I am for over 3 years and a half in an relationship with a girl from Caloocan City, Metro Manila the National Capital Region of the Philippines and I am about to travel to her country on 26th of August 2014, in 5 days to be more precise. My trip will be for maximum 13 days with 2 1/2 days spent on the plane who will take me to Manila and back to my city. I've informed myself regarding the the documents that I require, such as Passport, ID card and by condition a Visa if I stay more than 21 days. I am sure that I will not overstay more than 13 days over there so I am sure I will not require a Visa for this trip. I also informed myself regarding the country itself, where to travel and where not to, to assure safety. I know also that I need to announce my arrival at the Embassy of Romania in the capital, Manila. Also regarding medical procedures and laws regarding foreigners who wish to travel there. So my question is: Do I require more papers/documents for this trip? Do I require to visit an hospital and administrate injections against some sort of illnesses that might affect me or anything dangerous? Should I take some documents that I can show at the airport over there that might access me free passage without any restrictions? Thank you.

Hello,i hope someone can help me. I am visiting bulgaria two days from now.our main purpose is to register my child's birth and my marriage in Bulgaria which both took place in the Philippines. But my husband and i just recently found out that we have to have it apostilled, and we have to do in Budapest where the nearest Philippine embassy is...however the visa that i hold is only visit to Bulgaria... I dont have visa to go to Hungary. I read somewhere that if im coming from third country and holding visa approved by nearby countries, i can enter Hungary without a vusa... Is this true?
