Dear Philippine Ambassador to Germany:
My niece, Neri Pecayo-SuBenbach sent two balikbayan boxes to the Philippines last July 2013. In Oct. 2013, she was informed by Alexander Cunanan, owner of ADC Spedition Services, that the container was on hold at the Bureau of Customs in the Philippines.
She called the Bureau of Customs but no one could give a definite answer.
Last December she tried calling Alexander Cunanan again, to no avail. He could not be contacted anymore, and the phone number was no longer existing.
There might be many other Filipinos in Germany who might have sent balikbayan boxes through ADC Spedition Services, and might have suffered the same fate.
On their behalf, I am appealing to your for your immediate kind assistance. Please favor me with a reply. Thank you very much.
Sincerely,
JOHNNY M. PECAYO
