passport renewal
My passport from phil.is going to expire next year 2016 and my single name is in my passport,i want to renew it in phil.embassy berlin and i am married now in german and have a visa for family reunification,is that possible to change my name in my passport when i make renew here in berlin phil.embassy?

civil partnership/ same sex union
Guten tag, I would like to ask if I , as a Filipino citizen and living in Philippines, am allowed to do same sex union or to have civil partnership in Germany with my German national fiance who is living in Germany??? Coz the civil registry in his place have doubts to sign the certificate of civil partner my fiance is asking for the schedule of wedding just because I might not allowed to such same sex union. The marriage or ceremony will be done in Germany and not in Philippines as ur is not accepted and recognize in Philippines..

I would like to ask information, how will I report the BirthCertificate of my daughter, Madeleine Siewert, she is born in a Reutlingen, Germany.she is a legitimate child.
At present me a Filipino citizen and my daughter, lives here in the Philippines and she is going to school here.
She needs very badly an Authenticated BirthCertificate for school and Passport and she is a candidate of Miss.
What can I do, how can I registered her there, when in am here.
How can she obtain it, since she has no records in NSO.
Please advise!

Passport Renewal
Phil. Passport renewal must be done personally in Berlin.
The Embassy have there own photographer for the photos we need for the new passport. E-pass is now availble. Just bring a self address stamp envelope coz they have to send your passport per mail.
