Base po sitwasyon niyo kukuha po muna kayo NG cenomar na nagpaoatunay na single po kayo, then IPA Apostille niyo po kasama ang birth certificate niyo... Kapag na Apostille napo Yun Punta po kayo SA Chinese embassy NG Manila Para IPA authenticate Yun.... And then bitbiton MO Yun pagkabalik MO NG china.punta ka NG embassy natin tas ipasa MO Yung cenomar at birth MO na Naka Apostille Para hingi ka NG certificate of singleness... Yan po ang proses.... If may mautusan ka naman SA Pinas padala ka nalang sa kanila NG power of attorney to process your cenomar and birth pag PA Apostille.... Gud luck po
