Stolen passport
Hello,
My passport was recently stolen by a desperate roommate who run away with my valuables (money, jewelries, clothes, etc.) i have not reported this to the police yet because I'm worried they won't understand me so I'm looking for someone to translate for me. how and where do i get a new passport issued which is closer to where i am at? I'm in the northeast china, jilin province. I appreciate your kind immediate response.

Thank you very much!

thanks
