Dear Phillippine Ambassy
In Iraqi citizen i resident in the north of Iraq in a city called Zakho )...i want get Philippine tourist visa for 1 month..how can i get it with out visiting Baghdad?
I heard that a committee from Baghdad Philippine embassy visit Erbil city twice in month if its true where is office residence(address) and when they come?because we want get visa with out coming Baghdad
