ah.. itanong q lang f paano ko makuha yong passport ko sa illegal na nagrecruit sa akin,,kasi po wla silang agency dito sa pinas, sinabi nila na na yong agency daw nandon sa jordan mismo name daw po ng agency doon is "morning star" ask ko lang po if my ganun bang agency.kasi yong pinapalabas nila sa visa ko is tourist.sabi ng nag recruit sa akin bigyan daw nya ako ng employer pagdating ko doon kinabukasan paano ako maka work eh diba tourist pa yong nalagay sa visa ko? pls advice me asap..flight ko kasi is nov. 6...pag d daw ako tutuloy babayaran k dw ung gasto nila sa visa

Trabaho daw niya ay 6-12:00 pm, pagod, tapos hindi mabait ang mga amo niya at kinuha ang passport niya. 2 years daw ang kontrata niya pero ayaw niyang taposin.mayroon ba kayong kakila na may alam. papano cya makauwi sa pinas?? salamat po

As I was browsing a few mi8nutes back, I saw this post in the Facebook Group AGKAKABSAT APAYAO (meaning Magkakapatid from Apayao) - of which I am also a member, being friends with a lot of people there. Apayao used to be merged with my province (Kalinga).
Anyway, the full name of the OFW is Novie Shela May Osorio. We're not related, and I have never met her. Her plight is summed up in her statement that she handles most of the household chores, despite having two other (Muslim) household helpers to share the tasks with her. They even have the luxury of waking up at 9:00 AM.
This will of course necessitate investigation from your office, and I do hope you allot some time for her case the soonest. You may find her post at the Agkakabsat Apayao FB wall. Thank you very much!

Good day..My sister in law GLAISA A. SANOY is an OFW who worked with Movenpick Hotels in Aqaba, Jordan prior to her death allegedly due to a car accident on May 11, 2011.
We have sent the needed documents to facilitate her Life Insurance benefits but until now, we hear nothing from the embassy.
Kindly advise us what's behind and caused the delay.
We have also made an inquiry with the OWWA, and we learned that Glaisa's lone beneficiary (because she is single in time of her death), her aged and ailing mother HELEN ALBERIO could no longer claim any OWWA benefit due to Glaisa's alleged failure to remit her contribution after 2 years of work in Jordan.
what caused the embassy people silent about our humble request? don't we have the right to know our family member's life insurance claims?
