tanong ko lang po sana kung anong gagawin ko..yong passport ko po ni renew ko ng july 16 2011,tapos lumabas na po yong new passport ko nung september 3 2011...ang problema naman po hindi ko makuha yong new passport ko kasi po ayaw ibigay ng amo ko yong old passport at hindi rin po sila sumasagot ng mga tawag ko...nag aalala ako sa passport ko..sana po matulungan nyo ako sa problema ko..gusto ko po makuha ang old passport ko at ng makuha ko na rin po ung new passport ko.

sence year 2005. my sister namely ARMELIA CASIM AKMAD..was migrating in abu dhabi as a OFW..im so worried because until now we have no idea about her status or where the possible to found her..she as have a 2 kids. here in the phill..i have no idea ether she is alive or already death..we ned the assistance from ur office that as soon as possible,you will give answer or information about her..
I have a very disappointed comment, however very frustrating because we cannot complain or even reach our concern to the high official in the Embassy of the Philippine in Abu Dhabi for the very rude, corrupt and unfair service of the staff in charge in Passport processing.
I wonder why my sister cannot process her passport replacement in Abu Dhabi in which she was already paying the cost completely and then when she was waiting for one week as per their schedule for passport picture, this staff in the passport pictorial can just only said that "Im sorry" u can process your passport replacement in Abu Dhabi.
This is very frustrating how our very own government has this sense of no-consideration and just saying that they cannot refund the payment. How come they accepted the money and they will just said I am sorry we cannot refund and they did not provide the right service that we expect from them.
I hope our government and the right official of the embassy of the Philippines will take action on this.
I presumed this person is waiting for a bribe? "para magawa nya ung serbisyo nya?" Dahil walang binigay sa kanya kaya hindi nya gagawin kahit anong paki-usap?
Sana lang may gagawing action ang official na namamahala sa embahadang ito!
Very frustrating and so disgusting ang danitong mga staff sa embahada natin mismong Pilipino pa!
pwede po b ako mag resign now,,o magreklamo kasi 800 aed lng sahod ko samantalang 1,500 daw dapat ang minimum ng mga servant.. ang katwiran ng employer ko malaki daw ang binayad nila s agency
