Embajadas

Peruvian elections
I obtained a Peruvian DNI in San Isidro, Lima this year.
I reside in Michigan
I was informed that I have an obligation to vote in Peruvian General Elections; otherwise, I receive a fine
Would you please provide info to comply with this requirement?
Thanks,
James C.

Invite Alborada to sing in US
The group Alborada is a unique and truly impressive quartet of Peruvian singers/ musicians, deserving of whatever gains they can make here. We'd be very grateful if they could perform (as a fundraiser?) at the Four Corners Reserv-ation. It might inspire talented young Navajos to share similarly!
Thank you.
