My Girl fried went to the embassy in Santo Domingo with all necessary documents it's now been two weeks and she still has no visa for Peru. WORSE they don't open the door or answer the phone and she lives 4 hours from Santo Domingo......Now she only wants her passport and to cancel the process and they are inaccessible.
