Comments on this Consulate-General
I feel sorry having to say this but i have nothing else to say but agree with all the negative comments about this consulate. The time I was there the service was extremely SLOW and TERRIBLE!!! They are not corteous at all, they treat people as they feel like. They do not respect turns!!!! so i do not understand why in the hell they ask us to obtain a ticket! what for??? if they do not respect any order. Every time i know i HAVE to go to this place i start feeling sick!
Another frustrating thing is the way they charge their fees. COME ON, we are in USA they should at least accept payments with credit cards BUT NO!!! you must take the exact amount in cash because they DO NOT have change. What a hell!!! If i could I would reorganize the whole freaking office and have everyone there be efficient and make them shake their fat asses. Since they and their system are REALLY SLOW, they should be open at least until 5:00 pm.
zero stars
There is soooooo many bad things happening at this location.
1- the waiting room smells bad!!!
2- the ticket system to serve customers is BS! They don't call nobody or make sure no one skip the line. I saw 5 people a each time knocking the door and coming in.
3- they take like 4min to an hour for each person a d they only open from 9-1 ???? Really !!!? What the hell !!
4- They have 2 windows available but nobody is there to answer any question( so you need to wait all this time to ask question bacause they don't answer the phone and when they do they told you me to go to the office if I have any questions !! Again ! Really !!!! ???
5- when I got inside " wow" nobody was there and the person who did my paper work took a long time"! He was typing with 2 fingers!! And moving really , I mean REALLY SLOW !!
I'm a Peruvian living in San Francisco for 13 years! I do remember how hard Peruvians work in my country for so little salary . Seen this kind of behavior representing our country, It makes me feel shame ! They just don't give a shit about helping others Peruvians or anybody who wants to do something in Peru .
I hope this web will add a customer complaint number so this can get fix.
Is it possible to obtain a work visa (with the proper materials) at this SF office or is the service that bad that nothing is possible?
