why the delay
Hi
Good evening from my side...... Please i will like to know why there is delay on my visa processing........ i sent my documents through TNT since 12/11/2011which includes my international passport..... and i got the tracking number from TNT which is GD686244729WW and my documents got to you in PRETORIA on 15/11/2011 and ever since then you have not sent it back to me. please i will like to know reason why i have not got it back from you.

The name on my passport is Ibitoye Oyewale Azeez zodiq.
