Les he enviado correo electronico, nadie responde.

I live in Upstate NY. I am trying to check on some paper work. I drove down there 6 weeks ago to submit it and I was told to call to see if they are ready so I do not make a 6 hour trip for nothing. No one ever answers.

Permiso de salida
I called the consulate to request a permit for travel for my children and was told to have original birth certificates; however, I need this permit overnight because children traveling in a couple of days. I asked if I could get them scanned or faxed and was told no forcing me to change all travel arrangements and spending extra money. The Hague Convention does make allowances for having a permit duly apostille in the country of origin without having to go to the consulate to process the same document. I think all you care is for the money and not the well-being of the citizens.
