I left Peru 20 years ago. I got married here and have a different name. how do I get my DNI in tampa?
I need to go to Lima, Peru to take care of my father he is very sick. But the problem is I don't have a ID and I do not have my citizenship papers to get a Florida ID. I was born in Peru in 1968. My mom brought me to America in 1969. So my question is will the Peruvian consulate help get me back to Peru. I will give up my US citizenship. I do not have any money and I can't even get a job to get money without a ID. I am about to be homeless. The document I have are social security card, a copy of a expired drivers license, high school diploma, a expired Peruvian Passport, and my Peruvian birth certificate. Is there anyone out there can help me? The only family I have are in Peru and they don't have any money.
