An interest there corruption at the Embassy for a clarification, which I hope will not by your willingness to miss. I am 21 years old must establish contact with a person from Peru, and to be honest with you, a woman from the country that you quoted before I decided to regard as the closest maybe forever. The girl's family has given more guarantees for my going and coming to the place where she lives, but I am not aware if this is possible or not. If you are please to inform that, what procedures must follow. Thanks
