Lost Paraguayan forrests
http://www.survivalinternational.org/news/11112 Sad to see Paraguay has come to the point they have rip down their forests for a quick dollar and also at the expense of the local Indian tribes. Sorry to say I would never visit your country with a policy of environmental destruction.

Proof of onward travel for Visa
Hello,

I am planning to visit Paraguay this year in August after being in Brazil. However we plan to travel overland to enter Paraguay and then leave Paraguay overland to enter Bolivia. Is it possible to apply for a visa at the border? or is it possible to obtain a visa without entry and exit flights?

Regards,
Valentina

Visa
Hi,

I am an Australian citizen looking to obtain a visa for Paraguay. I tried to call the number listed on this site,(03) 9670.0555, but it says that the number has been disconnected.

How can I obtain a visa or get in contact with someone from the consulate?

for attention:
Querida Juli,

Diana

Dear Juli,
Myself and my family are now in Paraguay for over a month. (The visa you have issued us which was a tourist visa, expires on the 28/08/10 )
We are in the prosess of getting our scedula, however the all our required dokuments that was send to your office for the visa application, we now have come to know that it was suppose to be stamped by your office.
We have a problem now that all our necessary dokuments has to be send back to your office to be verrified and stamped as required by Paraguay Immigration regulations.
The problem now is that we are running out of our 90days tourist visa and would like to know; what you suggest we should do? As this is a important issue for us who is allready have purchased a estancia, we require a brand number for cattle and other document requirements.
So please could you inform us immediately what we should do or perhaps how you could possibly assist us in this serious matter.
We believe that we could somehow require a letter saying that we are in prosess of getting our scedula intact. Could you advise us who should give us this letter?

Thanking you kindly
Diana
