how long does i take to get a PNG tourist visa?

I have a pending working visa, howelse can i know its status because the agency can't tell when it's arriving?

How long it took the visa png to process? and what is the requirements to deploy a manpower to png.. We have a up coming project to open up @ PNG, We have people here in Saipan. What is our first step?
