I would like to know if there is a need to have our health facility accredited so we can give medical certification to sea farers going to Panama. We are accredited by the Department of Health.

I am an Indian and holding Panama 2nd Officer for last 10 years, which has been expired on 10th December 2014. since November I am trying for upgradation as Chief in Panama Consulate in India but it is non functioning till date. please suggest me if I can apply for upgradation in Manila for Panama Flag. I have completed all STCW Courses for Chief Deck Officer. Please let me know the procedure, tenure and fees if I can get the Ticket under Panama Flag from Manila. Kindly treat my problem as very very urgent and let me know. thanking you. SIBASISH
