Comments on this Embassy
Hola
My Wife and I are visiting Panama soon and require three documents and one passport legalised.
Could you advise on the procedure in Madrid?
We are an Intellectual Property Firm in Brazil and one of our clients is having an issue regarding to one of its Trademarks in Panamá.
For this reason, our Panamanian correspondent instructed us to file an Action, and in order to support their thesis they´ve asked us, a copy of our client CTM Trademark Certificate duly legalized by the Panamanian Consulate. This document was issued by OHIM in ALicante, Spain.
Considering the certified copy of such document can be obtained in the OHIM's website, which was the Governmental Organization responsible for its issuance, please let us know if such copy may be legalized and if we can proceed with such legalization through our office in Brazil, by sending the electronic file and receiving the legalized document by mailing service.
Thank you in advance for your kind support.
We look forward receiving your instructions.
Hello,
I have a Certificate of Free Sale from Tunisia. I need to have it legalized so we can register our pitted dates in Panama. Can you tell me what the process is and how much it will cost?
Thank you,
Ron Carr
