This is by the worst place and people I have ever dealt with. They are extremely rude and incompetent. I just really want to know who manages the staff at the Toronto office -I have called/texted and emailed several complaints and not even 1 person has replied.
I spoke with a moron at the Consulate’s Office who hung up on me twice because I couldn't understand his stupidity. I called back several times after that and no one would attend my call. I really pity the people who need to use their services!

the staff is extremely rude. feels like bunch of idiots r working on front desk i have witnessed them arguing,humiliating and even fighting with people. they have no manners and no respect for anyone. i wish i never have to go back there. Those who r admiring their services must be people with references else everyone i talked to their was sick of their behavior. one lady even told me that bcz of not willing to visit this embassy his brother has decided to never go back to pak bcz if he does he will have to visit this place for visa and he hates these rude people.

I have been googling for the visa fee chart ,it does't show the option is not responding .they should more update and have a advance webpage.beside should be honest with people's documents.
I just wish to say that the people at the Pakistan Embassy in Toronto are very rude, and they do not respond to e-mails or phonecalls. They accuse me of being incompetent/irresponsible. The acting general is a very poor excuse of a human being.
I have been treated very poorly by this Embassy. Those bloody fools lost some of my valuable papers and documents and they are accusing me that they did not receive it (it has been nearly 30 days since i Sent it) or I got the wrong address, and when I showed them proof that I sent it to the right address they still insist they did not received it (but they did receive as I checked the tracking of the package and it was confirmed received by the Embassy).
I hope these people are arrested and deported back to Pakistan.
