Dear Sir
Gentleman, I have read your messages on this web. Since you used a lot of foul language, I tried to contact the Embassy and ascertain the facts. I understand that you are disturbed by the fact that you were removed from the job. From your writing I can see that you are an educated man with a good family background. You could do better things, instead of wasting time and energy in writing such useless messages on the webpage aimed at spoiling the image of a friendly country, which is illegal. What you are doing is not befitting to your status and background. The Embassy Officials told me that they have high respect for you. But as a matter of policy they could not offer you extension in your contract. You were given a job when you needed it most at 200% more salary than what you were receiving from a Rent-A-Car company. Handsome salary package of the Embassy helped you sending your son to a University to get a degree. You could not have done so with the salary of your previous employer. The Embassy even gave you substantial personal loans when you needed to pay tuition fee for your son. You should be grateful to the Embassy. However, after two years they did not think you were performing the job satisfactorily. Besides, they have a policy of not employing people beyond a certain age limit which you must understand. Why should you have any grudge against the Embassy? You went to the Court and made a huge claim as compensation; most of which was not justified and rejected by the Court. You got some relief which should be enough for you to start a new business with your vast experience. I would like to appeal to you to give it a break and should spend your time for better things.

The Embassy told me a lot of things about you and your performance which is not very positive. When we talk about an employee and employer relationship, there is always complaint from both sides. It is never a one-sided affair. It does not help getting into a blame game now. Most prudent thing to do is to move forward by forgetting the past
