I applied for my mine and my daughters visas on the 2of October 2014 and I still have not received it. I am staying in Cape Town. My husband is a pakistani citizen and has South African citizenship as well. He has applied my times and got visas within seven days or less. Why is our visas taking so long? I have called to the embassy many times and the ladies answering the phone are very rude and disrespectful and unhelpful. They promise to call back but never does. They cannot tell me if our visas were signed or not and they put the phone down while im still talking. I asked one of them to speak to a manager or supervisor and they said they dont have one and put the phone down. They refuse to connect you with someone who can answer your query and just say that they don't know then disconnect the phone. Pls help. I need to go to Pakistan asap as my brother in law is very sick and wishes to meet me and our children. My husbands visa is still valid but he wants to take us with him to meet his family. Please who can I contact to get our visas. The enquiry desk ladies are useless. Shukran and wasalaam.
I gotta come from cape town to pretoria to get it plz let me know what time u close or ur working hours.
