On 9/14/2015, I called in and spoke with Nadra Rep. in NY office regarding renewing my wife's NIC for overseas Pakistanis.
I received the detailed renewal procedural information.
The lady on the phone was very courteous, informative, to the point and represented Pakistani Consulate professionally.
In my opinion the service rating is: AAAA+++.
Keep up the Good Work!!!!( Shabash)
Best Regards.

I sent my application 7 weeks ago to Washington DC. They do not pick up the phone do not return calls and emails. Now they are saying don't even leave a message and send an email and they will respond in 4 days. I have no idea if they received my appellation or not. It is such a frustrating task dealing with these people they have not changed a bit. There is no hope for this country, that is why they are going to hell over there. I really need my ID soon but they say there is no urgent service. What can a person do?
